Our primary responsibility to our healthcare clients is to guarantee that all of our collection efforts on their behalf are 100% HIPPA Compliant.
We currently handle Medical Collections for over 300 Healthcare clients. Our collectors are continually educated on HIPPA Compliance, as well as the constantly changing healthcare issues. Our staff possess a strong background in Medicare and Medicaid filing requirements, automobile liability claims, medical lien procedures and private healthcare claim filing. This experience, along with our claim tracking, claim follow-up, and EOB reconciliation procedures, offers our clients an active extension to their own collection efforts.
