Credit Services offers a full time in-house legal department available to all of our clients. If in consultation with one of our clients, the decision is made to place an account into the Court system, our Legal Department takes over. Our reputation for success in using the legal process to recover our client’s money precedes us.
All legal accounts are researched to determine what assets and payment capabilities the consumer has at their disposal to satisfy their financial obligations to you, our client. Credit Services, along with our corporate attorneys, handle all of the necessary paperwork, filings, court appearances, and costs of proceedings on your behalf.
